Palazzo del Lago

 Palazzo del Lago will be an $800 million, luxury destination resort in Central Florida near Walt Disney World. It will include the InterContinental Resort & Residences Orlando, with a mix of 1,260 luxury hotel and hotel condominium units. It will also include The Villas at Palazzo del Lago, a 994-unit resort residential condominium development comprised of five separate towers of 18 stories each and their own set of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center and Smart technology.

The resort is an official hotel of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando (right).
Construction on Phase I, which encompasses the InterContinental Resort & Residences Orlando and the first resort residential tower, is scheduled to start in the fall 2006.

Tierra del Sol

 Sonesta Orlando Resort at Tierra del Sol will be a four-star quality $400,000,000 project. It is situated on 121 acres less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Unlike most condo hotels, this immense development will offer the choice of condos or townhomes. In total, Tierra del Sol will encompass 972 homes (432 condos, 540 townhomes) in 104 buildings. All homes are eligible to participate in the Sonesta Orlando rental program.
The architecture is Mediterranean in style. The grounds will be tropically landscaped, with palms, lush foliage and natural conservation areas. One of the things that will make this property stand out is its proposed onsite water park. Expected to be one of Florida's largest resort water parks, it will cover five acres and will feature a wave pool, surfing pool, lazy river, rapid river, kiddie play area, swimming pools, water slides and secluded spa areas.

Point Orlando Resort

 The Point Orlando Resort is an Orlando condo hotel comprising four 12-story buildings designed in a traditional Mediterranean architecture style. When built, it is expected to have a four-star rating. No franchise has yet been selected, but among those being considered are Radisson, Hilton and Wyndham. The Point Orlando Resort is conveniently located in the International Drive Resort area which is just 1.5 miles from the immense Orange County Convention Center (the third largest in the country). It is also near Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet 'n Wild and less than 20 minutes from all of the Walt Disney World theme parks and golf courses.

Reunion Square at Reunion Club Resort

 Just announced, the long-awaited release of the condominiums at Reunion Square will be taking place early spring 2006. These condos will surround a multi-million dollar water park with its tropical foliage, cascading waterfalls, lazy river and waterslides. Reservations are being accepted now for this pre-construction opportunity and will be honored on a first come, first served basis. Minimal promotion has been done to date but the developer, Ginn Company, has planned a multi-million dollar mass marketing campaign targeting over 18-million people over the next 90 days. Therefore, those buyers who act quickly will have access to the best selection and first-tier pricing.
 

Reunion Square is a new phase of the well-known Reunion Resort, a five-star private resort and club encompassing 2,300 acres in beautiful Orlando, Florida. It is located just six miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World. It is best known for its two signature golf courses designed by golf legends Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus. A third 18-hole course designed by Arnold Palmer will be added in 2006.  The Lexington Hotel at Orlando CityPlace will be Orlando's first downtown condo hotel. Located in the heart of Orlando's exciting business and arena district, it will be close to the TD Waterhouse Center and the Bob Carr Auditorium, while also providing easy access to Orlando's many famed attractions from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios to the International Drive Resort Area.
 

A four-star luxury property, The Lexington Hotel will be part of the new Orlando CityPlace, a $500 million project that will encompass an entire city block and calls for 1,209 condos and apartments in three towers; 100,000 square feet of retail space; a 14-story, 120,000-square-foot-office tower; a seven-story building with health club and spa; and the condo hotel.

Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa


 The Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa is located on State Road 535 and the Airport Expressway in Lake Buena Vista, the resort area of Orlando. The property will encompass 38 acres of prime land and will consist of 15 buildings to be built in various phases. Construction has begun on Phase I, buildings #1 and #2, and will be complete by November 2005. Those buildings are already sold out.

Currently available in Phase II and III are two-, three-, and four-bedroom condo hotel units ranging in size from 1080 sq. ft. to 2170 sq. ft.

The first two buildings will be eight stories. Building 3 will be the clubhouse with various amenities including a spa and retail stores. Buildings 4-15 will be 15 stories. There will be a total of 1,875 condos when complete, making this an impressively-sized development. A 3.5 or 4 star rating is anticipated.

While a management company has not yet been determined, negotiations are underway with one of the leading vacation management companies in the world.Prices range from $399,000 to $809,000.


San Marco Resort

 San Marco Resort will be a luxury condo hotel in the Lake Buena Vista area of Orlando with an anticipated four-star rating. Located on 8.5 acres, the San Marco will consist of two 16-story towers designed in the tradition of Italian architecture. There will be 236 units per tower for a total of 472 one-, two-, and three-bedroom/PH units. Units will range in size from 671 sq. ft. to 1,444 sq. ft. Construction of San Marco Resort will begin April 2006 and is expected to be complete in mid-2008. Every aspect of the design will be in keeping with a high-end resort. A world-renowned hotel flag operator will manage the property, however, the decision on which one has yet to be finalized. Among the companies being considered are Hilton and Ritz Carlton.

The developer, Lake Buena Vista Developers, has assembled a first-rate team for the building of this condo hotel. The architects, Fugleberg Koch Architects, Inc. of Winter Park Florida, are established leaders in the design of hotels and resorts. They have completed $400 million in themed resorts for Walt Disney World alone.

While San Marco Resort will be a condo hotel, owners will not be forced to participate in the rental program. There are no living restrictions at San Marco so owners can use their condo hotel unit one day, 10 days, or 365 days a year.


Floridays Orlando Resort

 Floridays Orlando Resort is a to-be-built, three-phase, resort development containing 432 fully furnished units located on a 20-acre site adjacent to the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, at International Drive and Wildwood Avenue.
