METRO ORLANDO REAL ESTATE MARKET AND DEMOGRAPHICS
Can you picture taxes going down? How soon do you expect the cost of labor to go down? You probably have the same feeling for building costs. By the Law of supply and demand, real estate has to be worth more in the future that it is now. There is NOT unlimited land. As I have mentioned on my home page that the key to success in real estate investing is knowledge on basic economics and finance. What drives economic growth?
- Increase population and the baby boomers drive local market economy. If New York and Las Vegas real estate market are quite, do not mean that other areas or Florida cities are the same. Real estate is local in nature.
- Increase employment. Florida is second nationwide to have the lowest rate of unemployment. If more people are employed, there will be more home buyers or renters in the marketplace.
- Interest Rates. We all know that interest rates continue to rise. Basic Finance, you need to know your credit score and debt to income ratio.
